The NX3008NBK from NXP is a surface mount, 30V N channel enhancement mode field effect transistor in SOT-23 (TO-236AB) package using TrenchMOS technology. This transistor features very high speed switching, low threshold voltage and ESD protection up to 2KV. This device is used as relay driver, high speed line drivers, low side load switch.
- Automotive grade AEC-Q101 qualified
- Drain to source voltage (Vds) of 30V
- Gate to source voltage of ±8V
- Drain current (Id) of 400mA
- Power dissipation (pd) of 350mW
- Ambient temperature range from -55°C to 150°C
