PESD36VS2UT,215 is a low capacitance unidirectional double Electro Static Discharge (ESD) protection diode in a SOT23 (TO-236AB) small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package designed to protect up to two signal lines from the damage caused by ESD and other transients. Applications include computers and peripherals, audio and video equipment, cellular handsets and accessories, SIM card protection, portable electronics, communication systems, and 10/100 Mbit/s Ethernet.
- Unidirectional ESD protection of two lines
- Diode capacitance is 17pF typ (f=1MHz, VR=0V, Ta=25°C), rated peak pulse power is 160W (8/20µs) max
- Low clamping voltage is 55V typ (IPP = 1A; Tamb = 25°C)
- Reverse leakage current is 0.02µA typ (VRWM = 30V; Tamb = 25°C)
- ESD protection up to 30kV, IEC 61000-4-2; level 4 (ESD), IEC 61000-4-5 (surge); IPP = 2.5A
- Reverse stand-off voltage is 36V max
- Reverse leakage current is 0.02µA typ (VRWM = 30V; Tamb = 25°C)
- Breakdown voltage is 44V typ (IR = 5mA; Tamb = 25°C)
- Clamping voltage is 55V max (IPP = 1A; Tamb = 25°C)
