PESD3V3S2UT,215 is a double ESD protection diode. It is a uni-directional double ESD protection diode. Designed to protect upto two transmission or data lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage. It is used in applications such as computers and peripherals, communication systems, audio and video equipment, high-speed data lines, and parallel ports.
- Uni-directional ESD protection of upto two lines
- ESD protection <gt/> 30kV, IEC 61000-4-2; level 4 (ESD)
- Reverse standoff voltage is 3.3V max at (Tamb = 25°C )
- Reverse leakage current is 0.7µA typ at (VRWM = 3.3V; Tamb = 25°C)
- Differential resistance is 400 ohm max at (IR = 1mA; Tamb = 25°C)
- Ultra-low reverse leakage current is 700nA
- Diode capacitance is 207pF typ at (f = 1MHz; VR = 0V; Tamb = 25°C)
- Rated peak pulse current is 18A max at (tp = 8/20µs)
- Ambient temperature range from -65°C to 150°C
- SOT23 package
