The BB181,115 is a VHF Variable Capacitance Diode fabricated in planar technology and encapsulated in ultra-small plastic SMD package. It is suitable for electronic tuning in satellite tuners, tuneable coupling and voltage controlled oscillators (VCO) applications.

- -55 to 150°C Junction temperature range
