- Configurable data rates from 7.5sps up to a high-speed 288kSPS
- Integrated voltage/current sources for RTDs and thermocouples
- Features a low-drift PGA and fast multiplexers to reduce system BOM
- Diode-protected HV pins with ±2kV surge and 8kV ESD immunity
- Includes CRC error checking, fault detection, and thermal monitoring
- 64-pin HVQFN package rated for extreme -40°C to +125°C temperatures
