The TWR-K22F120M is a Development Board for the Kinetis K22 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M4 microcontrollers. It features the Kinetis K22FN512VDC12 low-power MCU with 512kB flash, 128kB SRAM and USB connectivity with crystal-less operation. The board operates as a standalone debug tool and can also be combined and used as part of the modular tower system development platform.
- Tower-compatible microcontroller module
- Dual-role USB interface with Micro-AB USB connector
- General-purpose tower plug-in (TWRPI) socket
- On-board debug circuit - K20DX128VFM5 OpenSDA with virtual serial port
- Three-axis combination accelerometer and magnetometer (FXOS8700CQ)
- Four user-controllable LEDs plus RGB LED
- Two user pushbutton switches for GPIO interrupts
- One user pushbutton switch for MCU reset
- Potentiometer
- Independent, battery-operated power supply for real time clock (RTC) module
- Software support and application development is offered through the Kinetis software development kit
