The HVC0603T1006FET is a 0.1GΩ 100W 100ppm surface-mount precision high-value high-voltage Chip Resistor in thick film technology. The HVC series wraparound chip is made up of PdAg base metal, porosity-free Ni barrier material between base metal and finish, 100% electro-plated matte Sn100 termination finish. Suitable for high vacuum applications - no organics.
- Low temperature and voltage dependency (low TCR and VCR)
- Nickel-barrier/matte tin contact areas
