The LM339AN is a quad Voltage Comparator designed to operate from single power supply over a wide voltage range. The device features 2 to 36V wide range of supply voltage, 800μA typical low supply current drain and 25nA typical low input bias current.

- Input common mode voltage range includes ground
- Low output saturation voltage
- Output compatible with TTL, DTL and MOS logic system
- 800μA Low supply current drain
- 25nA Low input bias current
