The MBR20200CTG is a Switch‐mode Schottky Barrier Rectifier with UL94V-0 epoxy moulded case and all external surfaces corrosion-resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable finish. The dual power rectifier uses Schottky barrier technology with a platinum barrier metal. This state of the art device is designed for use in high frequency switching power supplies and converters with up to 48V outputs. This device blocks up to 200V and offers improved Schottky performance at frequencies from 250kHz to 5.0MHz.
