The MUR1100EG is a SWITCHMODE™ Power Rectifier with moulded epoxy case. This state-of-the-art device is design for use in switching power supplies, inverters and as free-wheeling diodes.
- All external surfaces corrosion-resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable
- Cathode indicated by polarity band
- Excellent protection against voltage transients in switching inductive load circuits
- Ultrafast 75ns recovery time
