The NC7WZ14P6X is a TinyLogic® UHS Dual Inverter IC with Schmitt trigger inputs. This device is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra-high speed with high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a very broad VCC operating range. The inputs and outputs are high-impedance when VCC is 0V. Schmitt trigger inputs achieve typically 1V hysteresis between the positive-and negative-going input threshold voltage at 5V.

- ±24mA at 3V VCC High output drive
- 1.65 to 5.5V Broad VCC operating range
- 3.3V VCC Matches performance of LCX
- Power down high impedance inputs/output
- Overvoltage tolerant inputs facilitate 5V to 3V translation
- Patented noise/EMI reduction circuitry implemented
