The NCP1117DT33T5G is a 3.3V fixed output low-dropout (LDO) positive voltage Linear Regulator capable of providing an output current that is in excess of 1A with a maximum dropout voltage of 1.2V at 800mA over temperature. On chip trimming adjusts the reference/output voltage to within ±1% accuracy. Internal protection features consist of output current limiting, safe operating area compensation and thermal shutdown. The device can operate with up to 20V input.
- No minimum load requirement
- AEC-Q100 qualified and PPAP capable
