AQY221N2S is a PhotoMOS® RF SOP 1 Form A C×R10 MOSFET relay. Both low on-resistance (Low Ron type) and low capacitance (Low Cout type) available at excellent characteristics of C×R10. Suitable for measuring and testing equipment (IC tester, liquid crystal driver tester, semiconductor performance tester, bare board tester, in-circuit tester, function tester, etc), telecommunication and broadcasting equipment, medical equipment (ultrasonic wave diagnostic machine) and multi-point recorder (data logger, warping and thermocouple, etc) applications.
- Small profile of miniature SOP4 -pin
- High speed switching (turn on time: 0.03ms and turn off time is 0.03ms typ)
- Low-level off state leakage current of maximum 10nA of typ 0.01nA
- Load voltage is 40V
- Load current is 120mA
- 1500Vrms isolation voltage
- AC/DC load type
- Operating Ambient temperature range from -40 to +85°C
