EEHZA1H220P is a ZA series conductive polymer hybrid surface mount aluminium electrolytic capacitor. This hybrid capacitor series takes the benefits of both electrolytic and polymer capacitor technologies and combine them, producing a capacitor with low ESR, low leakage current, high ripple current, and smaller case sizes. These combined benefits save valuable board space, enhance overall board performance and lower design costs.
- Capacitance is 22µF with ±20% tolerance
- 0.1ohm ESR
- 5000 hours at 105°C endurance
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 105°C
- Voltage(DC) is 50V
- 6.3mm product diameter
