EEHZC1H680P is a Hybrid ZC series surface mount type conductive polymer hybrid aluminium electrolytic capacitor. ZC series takes the benefits of both electrolytic and polymer capacitor technologies and combines them, producing a capacitor with low ESR, low leakage current, high ripple current, and smaller case sizes. These combined benefits save valuable board space, enhance overall board performance and lower design costs.
- High temperature lead-free reflow
- Endurance: 4000h at 125°C (high temperature / long life)
- Low ESR and high ripple current (over 85% lower ESR than V-TP)
- High-withstand voltage, AEC-Q200 compliant
- Characteristics dependencies in frequency and low temperature are as small as polymer type
- Surface mount type (vertical mount style)
- 50V rated voltage, 68µF capacitance, 20% capacitance tolerance
- 4000h endurance
- Category temperature range from –55 to +125°C, 8mm body diameter, 10.2mm body length
- 1250mA rated ripple current, 30mohm ESR, 34µA leakage current
