ERJUP3F1802V is an ERJ UP3 series ERJ UP type (anti-surge type) anti-sulfurated thick film chip resistor. It provides anti-sulfurization characteristics that avoid an open circuit caused by a sulphide disconnection. High resistance to sulfurization is achieved through the use of an anti-sulfurated electrode structure and material in the manufacture of ERJ-UP3 series resistor. It is recommended for design in harsh or unclean environment applications where a device might be exposed to oil, gas, or polluted soil.
- ESD surge characteristics superior to standard metal film resistor
- High reliability, metal glaze thick film resistive element and three layers of electrodes
- Suitable for both reflow and flow soldering
- IEC 60115-8, JIS C 5201-8, JEITA RC-2134C reference standard
- Operating temperature range from -55 to 155°C, AEC-Q200 Grade 0 compliant
- 250mW power rating
- 1.6mm product length, 0.8mm product width
- 18Kohm resistance, ±1% resistance tolerance
