ERJ12ZYJ471U is an ERJ type, ERJ-12Z series thick film chip resistor. It is ideal for various automotive applications such as charging guns, infotainment, TCU, ADAS systems and Lidar.
- 470 ohm resistance
- ±5% resistance tolerance
- 1812 [4532 Metric] resistor case
- ±200ppm/°C temperature coefficient
- Small size, lightweight and compatible with placement machines
- High reliability : metal glaze thick film resistive element and three layers of electrodes
- Suitable for both reflow and flow soldering
- Reference standard : IEC 60115-8, JIS C 5201-8, JEITA RC-2134C and AEC-Q200 compliant
- 200V voltage rating and 750mW power rating
- Category temperature range from -55 to +155°C
