TA189 30A high-precision current probe is for applications requiring current measurement without the need to disconnect wiring, using closed-loop Hall effect technology to measure both AC and DC current with high stability over long periods of time. It is ideal for current leakage monitoring and battery discharge testing. When used in conjunction with an active differential voltage probe such as TA041 it can also be used for power quality analysis.
- Overload capacity 500A (60s)
- Frequency range from DC to 100KHz (0.5dB)
- CAT III 300V safety standard
- Powered by 9V alkaline battery PP3, MN1604 or IEC 6LR61
- 2m long coax cable with safety BNC connector
- 25mm diameter conductor size
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to +50°C
