E-941SA-80Q is an electromagnetic lock. When power is applied to an electromagnetic lock, it activates a built-in electromagnet that attracts a door-mounted steel armature plate, preventing the door from opening. When power is removed, the electromagnet releases the armature, allowing the door to open.
