1.XX.04 EMBOS SSL(SSL) is an emBOS RTOS (source code license). The embOS is a priority-controlled multitasking system, designed to be used as an embedded operating system for the development of real-time applications for a variety of microcontrollers. The embOS is a high-performance tool that has been optimized for minimal memory consumption in both RAM and ROM, as well as high speed and versatility. The source code package extends the object code package by including the embOS source code. Using embOS source code enables the use of application specific compiler options. Compile time switches allow for customization of embOS by enabling only required functionalities. Adding embOS source code to the project provides additional insight when debugging at source-level.
