The SKM100GB063D is a SEMITRANS® 2 superfast NPT-IGBT Module for use with switching (not for linear use) and UPS. It features isolated copper bonding technology without hard mould and high short-circuit capability, self limiting if terminate G is clamped to E.

- N channel, homogeneous silicon structure (NPT- non punch through IGBT)
- Low tail current with low temperature dependence
- Latch-up free
- Fast and soft inverse CAL diodes
