L6571BD013TR is a high voltage half bridge driver with oscillator. The frequency of the oscillator can be programmed using external resistor and capacitor. The internal circuitry of the driver allows by external logic signal. The output driver is designed to drive external N-channel power MOSFET and IGBT. The internal logic assures a dead time to avoid cross conduction of the power devices. They differ internal dead time 1.25μs and 0.72μs (typ).
- High voltage rail upto 600V
- BCD off line technology, case style is SO8
- Zener clamp on Vs is 15.6V
- Driver current capability for sink current is 270mA and for source current is 170mA
- Very low start up current is 150mA
- Undervoltage lockout with hysteresis
- Programmable oscillator frequency
- Dead time is 0.72μs
- dV/dt immunity upto ±50V/ns, ESD protection
- Supply voltage is 10V, operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C
