Aperçu du produit
LM335ADT is a precision temperature sensor that can be easily calibrated. It operates as a 2-terminal zener and the breakdown voltage is directly proportional to the absolute temperature at 10mV/°K. The circuit has a dynamic impedance of less than 1 ohm and operates within a range of current from 450µA to 5mA without alteration of its characteristics.
- Dynamic impedance (IR = 1mA) is 0.6ohm typical
- Output voltage temperature drift is +10mV/°C typical
- Time stability (Tcase = +125°C) is 0.2°C/kh typical
- Operating output voltage is 2.98V typical at (Tcase = +25°C, IR = 1mA)
- Non-linearity (IR = 1mA) is 0.3°C typical
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +100°C
