M24M02-DRMN6TP is a 2-Mbit I²C-compatible EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable memory) organized as 256K × 8 bits. It can operate with a supply voltage from 1.8V to 5.5V.
- Compatible with following I²C bus modes: 1MHz, 400KHz, 100KHz
- Memory array: 2Mbit (256 Kbyte) of EEPROM, page size: 256byte
- Write time : Byte write within 10ms, page write within 10ms
- Random and sequential read modes, write protect of the whole memory array
- Enhanced ESD/latch-up protection
- Minimum data retention is 200 Year (TA = 55°C)
- Write cycle endurance is 4,000,000Write cycle max (TA ≤ 25°C, VCC(min) <lt/> VCC <lt/> VCC)
- Standby supply current is 3µA typ (device not selected, VIN = VSS or VCC, VCC = 1.8V)
- Clock frequency is 400KHz
- 8 pin SOIC package, ambient temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
