M74HC365YTTR is an advanced high-speed CMOS hex bus buffer (3-state) fabricated with silicon gate C²MOS technology. All six buffers are controlled by the combination of two enable inputs (active-low G1 and active-low G2). All outputs of these buffers are enabled only when both active-low G1 and active-low G2 inputs are held low. Under all other conditions, these outputs are disabled in a high-impedance state. It has non-inverting outputs. All inputs are equipped with a protection circuit against static discharge and transient excess voltage.
- Balanced propagation delays (tPLH ≅ tPHL)
- Wide operating voltage range from 2V to 6V
- Quiescent supply current is 4μA maximum at (VI = VCC or GND)
- Propagation delay time is 10ns typical at (TA = 25°C, CL = 50pF, Input tr = tf = 6ns)
- Output transition time is 25ns typical at (TA = 25°C, CL = 50pF, Input tr = tf = 6ns)
- Input capacitance is 5pF typical at (TA = 25°C, VCC = 5V)
- Input leakage current is ±0.1μA maximum at (VI = VCC or GND, VCC = 6V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- TSSOP16 package, (automotive grade)
