STEVAL-ISA102V2 is an 80W high performance transition mode PFC evaluation board based on L6562A. The L6562A is a current-mode PFC controller operating in transition mode (TM). With the same pinout as its L6562 predecessor, the L6562A offers improved performance mainly in terms of efficiency and noise immunity. The STEVAL-ISA102V2 implements an 80 W, wide-range mains input and a PFC pre-conditioner suitable for lighting, adapters, consumer smps, etc.
- Line voltage range from 88 to 265V AC
- Minimum line frequency (fL) is 47Hz
- Regulated output voltage is 400V
- Maximum 2fL output voltage ripple is 10V pk-pk
- Hold-up time is 20ms (VDROP after hold-up time: 300V)
- Minimum switching frequency is 35kHz
- Minimum estimated efficiency is 92% (VIN = 90V AC, POUT = 80W)
- Maximum ambient temperature is 50°C
- PCB type and size: single-side, 35µm, CEM-1, 108 x 57mm (4.25 x 2.24inch)
