Ultra-low power 32bit MCU ARM®-based Cortex®-M3. It supports 8x peripheral communication interfaces, 10x timers. It is suitable for use with medical and handheld equipment, application control and user interface, PC peripherals, gaming, GPS and sport equipment, alarm systems, wired and wireless sensors, video intercom and utility metering applications.
- Ultra-safe, low power BOR (brownout reset) with 5 selectable thresholds
- Ultra-low power POR/PDR, programmable voltage detector (PVD)
- 1.25 DMIPS/MHz (Dhrystone 2.1), memory protection unit
- PLL for CPU clock and USB (48MHz) clock source, USART supported pre-programmed bootloader
- Up to 83 fast I/Os (42 I/Os 5V tolerant), all mappable on 16 external interrupt vectors
- Up to 128Kbytes flash memory with ECC, up to 32Kbytes RAM
- DMA controller 7x channels
- Rich analogue peripherals (down to 1.8 V)
- Up to 20 capacitive sensing channels supporting touch key, linear and rotary touch sensors
- CRC calculation unit, 96bit unique ID
