TS334IPT is a quad micropower and low-voltage comparator. It can operate with a supply voltage ranging from 1.6V to 5V with a typical current consumption as low as 20µA. In addition, rail-to-rail inputs make them a perfect choice for low-voltage applications. It is used in applications such as mobile phones, notebooks and PDAs, battery-supplied electronics, general-purpose portable devices, general-purpose low voltage applications.
- Supply voltage range from 1.6V to 5V, open-drain output
- Rail-to-rail inputs, low output saturation voltage
- ESD tolerance: 2kV HBM/200V MM, automotive qualified
- Input offset voltage is 0.5mV typical at (VCC+ = +1.8V, VCC- = 0V, Tamb = +25°C)
- Input offset voltage drift is 45µV/°C typical at (-40°C <lt/> Tamb <lt/> +125°C)
- Supply current is 20µA typical at (no load, output low, VICM = 0V)
- Common mode rejection ratio is 68dB typical at (0 <lt/> VICM <lt/> 1.8V)
- Input bias current is 25nA typical at (VCC+ = +1.8V, VCC- = 0V, Tamb = +25°C)
- Propagation delay (high to low output level) is 210ns typical
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, TSSOP14 package
