TPP0500B is a high-bandwidth, general-purpose probe from Tektronix that offer breakthrough specifications designed for use with Tektronix MDO3000, MDO4000B, MSO/DPO4000B and MSO/DPO5000B series oscilloscopes, these probes provide up to 1GHz of analogue bandwidth with less than 3.9pF of capacitive loading. Compact probe head for probing small-geometry circuit elements, small probe body for enhanced visibility to the device-under-test.
