TC7W66FK,LF(T is a CMOS digital silicon monolithic IC. It is a high-speed CMOS dual bilateral switch fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. It consists of four independent high-speed switches capable of controlling either digital or analogue signals while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. Control input (C) is provided to control the switch. The switch turns ON while the C input is high, and the switch turns OFF while low. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge or transient excess voltage.

- Low power dissipation ICC is 1μA (max) at Ta = 25°C
- High noise immunity is VNIH = VNIL = 28% VCC (min)
- Supply voltage range from 2V to 12V
- ON resistance is 50 ohm typ at (9.0V VCC, Ta = 25°C, VIN = VIHCVI/O = VCC or GNDII/O ≤ 1mA)
- Sine wave distortion is 0.05% typ at (fIN = 1kHz, VIN = 4Vp-p (VCC = 4.5V)
- Quiescent supply current is 8μA max at (12V, VIN = VCC or GND, Ta = 25°C)
- Frequency response (switch on) is 200MHz typ at ((GND = 0V, Ta = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- SSOP8 package
