- Matches the performance of TC74LCX series when operated at 3.3V VCC
- Supply voltage range from 1.65V to 5.5V
- Propagation delay time is 2.4ns max at (5.0 ±0.5V, RL = 500 ohm, Ta = 25°C, input: tr = tf = 3ns)
- Input capacitance is 3pF typ at (0 to 5.5V, Ta = 25°C, input: tr = tf = 3ns)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
