TCR1HF33B,LM(CT is a TCR1HF series high voltage, low quiescent current, fast load transient CMOS linear regulator. It is a CMOS general-purpose single-output voltage regulator with 40V high voltage, 1μA low quiescent current, high response load transient, and an on/off control input. It features overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown. It is used in power supply applications for mobile devices and home appliances that require low standby power with high-voltage input.
- Low quiescent current IB(ON) is 1μA (typ) at IOUT = 0mA
- Wide range output voltage line up is 3.3V
- High accuracy output voltage is ±1% (Ta = 25°C)
- Pull up the connection between CONTROL and VIN
- Ceramic capacitors can be used
- Input voltage is 4.0 to 36.0V (VOUT ≤ 3.3V)
- Operation temperature range from -40 to 125°C
- Output capacitance is ≥ 0.47μF
- General package SMV (SOT-25)
