NI40U-CP40-FDZ30X2/S10 is an inductive sensor with extended switching distance. It is designed for wear-free and contactless detection of metal objects. approx. Factor 1 sensor has significant advantages due to their patented ferrite coreless multi-coil system. This detect all metals at the same large switching distance and is resistant to magnetic fields.
- Variable orientation of active face in 9 directions plastic (plastic, PBT-GF30-V0)
- Factor 1 for all metals, increased switching distance, IP68 protection class, large coverage
- Resistant to magnetic fields, NC/NO programmable, terminal chamber
- Non-flush mounting conditions, S10 corresponds to mounting base with 1/2-14NPT thread
- 40mm rated switching distance, ≤ (0.81 × Sn)mm secured operating distance
- ≤ 2% of full scale repeat accuracy, ≤ ±10% temperature drift
- 20 to 250VAC/10 to 300VDC operating voltage range, ≥ 50 to ≤ 60Hz frequency range (high switching)
- ≤ 400mA/≤ 300mA AC/DC rated operational current, ≤1.5KV isolation test voltage
- Short-circuit protection (latching), wire breakage/reverse polarity protection
- Ambient temperature range from -30 to +85°C, dimension is 114 x 40 x 40mm
