The LPS 300 series from Vishay are thick film power resistors designed to be mounted onto a heat-sink. This resistor has screw terminals, thick film resistive element and alumina substrate.
- Resistance range from 0.3ohm to 900Kohm (E24 series)
- Available in ±10%, ±5%, ±2% and ±1% tolerance
- Power rating is 300W at 85°C bottom case temperature, limiting element voltage is 5KV
- Temperature coefficient is ±150ppm/°C, ±300ppm/°C, ±500ppm/°C
- Easy mounting, non inductive resistor
- Low thermal radiation of the case
- Temperature range from -55°C to 120°C
- High voltage, high power resistor
