The 104 PHL-ST series large type Aluminium Capacitor with cylindrical aluminium case, insulated with a blue sleeve and screw terminals. It is a polarized aluminium electrolytic capacitor with non-solid electrolyte. It features power high ripple current and high reliability. It is used in high temperature systems, standard and switched mode power supplies, energy storage in pulse systems and traction (subway, metro, light rail) applications. It is also used for smoothing and filtering.
