Product Overview
The ERJ 6BW series resistors from Panasonic are automotive grade, high power current sensing thick film chip resistors with low resistance values. This double sided resistive element structured ERJ series resistors have metal glaze thick film resistive element and three layers of electrodes that make them highly reliable.
- Resistance range includes E24 decade values from 10mohm to 100mohm
- EIA 0805 case size
- Small size, low weight resistors
- Automotive grade AEC-Q200 qualified
- Available in ±1%, ±2% and ±5% tolerance
- Available TCR values are ±200ppm/°C and ±300ppm/°C
- Operating temperature range of -55°C to 155°C
- Meets IEC 60115-8, JIS C 5201-8, JEITA RC-2144 standards
- Suitable for both reflow and flow soldering
