ERJPA2F3000X is an ERJ-PA2 series, anti-surge high power thick film chip resistor. This is an Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) surge tolerant than standard thick film chip resistor. The series features AEC-Q200 compliant and IEC 60115-8, JIS C 5201-8, and JEITA RC-2134C reference standard.
- Resistance is 300ohm
- Resistance tolerance is ±1%
- Resistor case / package is 0402 [1005 Metric]
- Power rating is 250mW
- Voltage rating is 50V
- Temperature coefficient is ± 100ppm/K
- ESD surge characteristics superior to standard metal film resistors
