Product Overview
The TCP305A CAL from Tektronix is a AC/DC current measurement system. It is a highly advanced current measurement system for today's current measurement needs. When connected to Tektronix oscilloscopes with TEKPROBE Level II, TekConnect (w/ TCA-BNC), or TekVPI (with TPA-BNC) interfaces, current measurements and calculations are simple and easy. Development and analysis solutions for designers, installers and service personnel in telecom, data comm, computer and semiconductor power electronics environments.
- Calibrated AC/DC current measurement system
- Bandwidth range from DC to 50MHz, rise time is ≤7ns, DC accuracy is ±3% of reading
- Lowest measurable current is 5mA
- Maximum wire voltage is 150V CAT II, 300V CAT II
- Displayed RMS noise is ≤1.25mA RMS
- Signal delay is 19ns
- Insertion impedance is 0.02ohm at 1MHz, 0.1ohm at 10MHz, 0.35ohm at 50MHz
- Maximum current rating is 50A (DC continuous) (high-current sensitivity)
- Probe size is 20cm x 6cm x 3.2cm, maximum conductor size is 5mm, 1.5m cable length
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 50°C
