TLP170GM(TPL,E(T is a photo relay. It consists of an infrared LED optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET. It is suitable for surface mount assembly. This is suitable for the battery management systems which require space saving. It is approved with UL-recognized: UL 1577, File No.E67349, cUL-recognized: CSA Component Acceptance Service No.5A File No.E67349, VDE-approved: EN 60747-5-5. It is used in applications such as security systems, I/O interface boards, factory automation (FA, measuring instruments, mechanical relay replacements.
- Halogen-free, normally opened (1-Form-A)
- OFF-state output terminal voltage is 350V minimum
- Trigger LED current is 1mA maximum
- ON-state current is 110mA maximum
- ON-state resistance is 35 ohm (max, t < 1s)
- Isolation voltage is 3750Vrms minimum
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- 4-pin SO6 package
