Aperçu du produit
ADSP-21371 is a SHARC processor. It features Analog Devices’ Super Harvard Architecture. The processor is 32bit/40bit floating-point processors optimized for high performance automotive audio applications with their large on-chip SRAM and mask-programmable ROM, multiple internal buses to eliminate I/O bottlenecks, and an innovative digital applications interface (DAI). This processor uses two computational units to deliver a significant performance increase over the previous SHARC processors on a range of DSP algorithms. Fabricated in a state-of-the-art, high speed, CMOS process, the processors achieve an instruction cycle time of 3.75ns at 266MHz. With its SIMD computational hardware, the processors can perform 1.596 GFLOPS running at 266MHz.
- Single-instruction, multiple-data (SIMD) computational architecture
- Code compatible with all other members of the SHARC family
- Supply current (internal) is 400mA typical at (1V, 200MHz: tCCLK = 5.00ns)
- Input capacitance is 4.7pF typical at (fIN = 1MHz, TCASE = 25°C, VIN= 1.2V)
- Instruction rate is 266MHz, on-chip SRAM is 1Mbit, ROM is 4Mbit
- Operating temperature is 0°C to +70°C, package style is 208-lead LQFP-EP
