The N6731B CAL D from Keysight Technologies is an Agilent N6730 series 5V, 10A, 50W low profile DC modular power system (MPS). This module provides programmable voltage and current, measurement and protection features at a very economical price. The power module features low noise, stable operation & use module in any of the N6700 mainframes, 4 tiers of module performance-mix and match power, performance levels to optimize system for unique needs, fully compliant to LXI Class C specification, connect via GPIB, LAN, or USB, high end module for critical test requirements.

• Source effect of 1mV and 1mA, programming accuracy of 0.1%+19mV, 0.15%+20mA
• Voltmeter/ammeter measurement accuracy of 0.1%+20mV/ 0.15%+20mA
• Load transient recovery time is <200µs
• Programming ranges 15mV-5.1V, 60mA-10.2A and programming resolution of 3.5mV, 7mA
