MC-ISK-S60-200-KNS-I is a mineral insulated type K thermocouple with a compact KNS terminal head. It is made of 310 stainless steel that has good corrosion and oxidation resistance to suit a wide range of processes, satisfactorily operates in sulfur-bearing atmospheres. Typical applications include brick and cement kilns, glass industry, heat treatment and annealing furnaces, power stations, flues, heat exchangers, etc.
- 310 stainless steel sheath
- Highly flexible, sheath can be bent/formed to suit many applications and processes
- Insulated hot junction
- Probe temperature range from -40°C up to 1100°C
- Head fitted 2 way ceramic block
- Cast aluminum finish, screw type lid with chain
- M16 x 1.5mm plated brass gland fitted
- Maximum temperature of head is 170°C
- IP67 rated, 6mm probe diameter, 200mm probe length
- Single element, junction insulated from sheath (protection against spurious electrical signals)
