24AA025E48-I/SN is a 2Kbit, I2C serial electrically erasable PROM (EEPROM). The device is organized as two blocks of 128 x 8bit memory with a two-wire serial interface. It also has a page write capability for up to eight bytes of data.

• VCC range from 1.7V to 5.5V, clock frequency is 400KHz max (TA = -40°C to +85°C)
• Compatible with EUI-48 and EUI-64, single supply with operation down to 1.7V
• Operating current is 1mA max (TA = -40°C to +85°C, VCC = +1.7V to +5.5V)

• Two-wire serial interface, I²C compatible, schmitt trigger inputs for noise suppression
