PIC32MZ embedded connectivity (EC) family 32bit microcontroller. Supported by C/C++ compiler with native DSP/fractional support, MPLAB® harmony integrated software framework, TCP/IP, USB, Graphics and mTouch™ middleware, MFi android™ and Bluetooth® audio frameworks, RTOS Kernels: Express logic ThreadX, FreeRTOS™, OPENRTOS®, Micriµm® µC/OS™ and SEGGER embOS® software and tools support.
- 200MHz (up to 330 DMIPS) microAptiv™ core, 1024KB program memory, (no CAN, no Crypto)
- Programmable PLLs and oscillator clock sources, FSCM, WDT, DMT clock management
- Low-power modes (Sleep and Idle), integrated power-on reset and brown-out reset power management
- 50MHz EBI, 50MHz SQI and 10bit ADC module, temperature sensor with ±2°C accuracy
- High-speed (HS) communication interfaces (with dedicated DMA)
- Security features: peripheral and memory region access control
- DMA: eight channels with automatic data size detection and CRC
- Supports nine 16bit or up to four 32bit timers/counters, 9 OC, 9 IC modules and RTCC module
- In-circuit and in-application programming and non-intrusive hardware-based instruction trace
- Industrial temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
