74AHC244PW,118 is an 8bit buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs. This device can be used as two 4bit buffers or one 8bit buffer. This device features two output enables, each controlling four of the 3-state outputs. A HIGH on n active-low OE causes the outputs to assume a high-impedance OFF-state. Inputs are overvoltage tolerant. This feature allows the use of this device as translator in mixed-voltage environments. It features ESD protection (HBM: ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 class 2 exceeds 2000V, CDM: ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-002 class C3 exceeds 1000V).
- Wide supply voltage range from 2V to 5.5V
- Balanced propagation delays, all inputs have Schmitt-trigger action
- Overvoltage tolerant inputs to 5.5V, high noise immunity
- CMOS low power dissipation, CMOS input level
- Input leakage current is 0.1μA maximum at (VI=5.5V or GND;VCC = 0V to 5.5V, 25°C)
- Supply current is 4μA maximum at (VI=VCC or GND;IO = 0A;VCC = 5.5V, 25°C)
- Input capacitance is 3pF typical at (25°C)
- Propagation delay is 5ns typical at (CL = 15pF, 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- TSSOP20 package
