74AHCT32D,118 is a quad 2-input OR gate. This device inputs are overvoltage tolerant. This feature allows the use of this device as translator in mixed voltage environments. It features ESD protection (HBM EIA/JESD22-A114E exceeds 2000V, MM EIA/JESD22-A115-A exceeds 200V, CDM EIA/JESD22-C101C exceeds 1000V).
- Wide supply voltage range from 4.5V to 5.5V
- TTL input level, balanced propagation delays
- All inputs have Schmitt-trigger actions, overvoltage tolerant inputs to 5.5V
- High noise immunity, CMOS low power dissipation
- Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78 Class II Level A
- Input leakage current is 0.1μA maximum at (VI=5.5V or GND;VCC = 0V to 5.5V, 25°C)
- Supply current is 2μA maximum at (VI=VCC or GND;IO = 0A;VCC = 5.5V, 25°C)
- Input capacitance is 3pF typical at (VI = VCC or GND, 25°C)
- Propagation delay is 3.1ns typical at (CL = 15pF, 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, SO14 package
