NCR421ZX is a 150mA LED driver consisting of a resistor-equipped NPN transistor with two diodes on one chip in a medium-power SOT223 (SC-73) plastic package. It features high current accuracy at supply voltage variation. It reduces component count and board space. It is used in applications such as constant current LED drivers, generic constant current sources, automotive applications (for example: interior lighting, dashboard, instrumentation, number plate light), and increased stabilized output current by paralleling drivers.
- Stabilized output current of 10mA without external resistor
- Stabilized output current adjustable upto 150mA when an external resistor is used
- Low voltage overhead of 1.4V, high power dissipation of 1250mW
- Digital PWM input upto 10KHz frequency for NCR421Z
- Enable current is 1.2mA typical at (VEN =3.3V, Tamb = 25°C)
- Stabilized output current is 10mA typ at (VEN = 3.3V; Vout = 1.4V, Tamb = 25°C)
- Output voltage upto 40V maximum, AEC-Q101 qualified
- Operating ambient temperature range from -55°C to 150°C
- SOT223 package
