The PMEG4005AEA from NXP is surface mount very low VF MEGA(planar maximum efficiency general application) schottky power rectifier in SOD-323 (SC-76) package. This device is intended for use in low voltage rectification, high efficiency DC/DC conversion, voltage clamping, inverse polarity protection and low power consumption applications.
- Automotive grade AEC-Q101 qualified
- Guard ring for stress protection
- Continuous reverse voltage VR of 40V
- Non repetitive forward surge current IFSM of 10A at tp 8ms
- Forward current If(AV) of 500mA
- Operating ambient temperature of -65°C to 150°C
- Maximum forward voltage VF of 470mV at IF 500mA
