LPC1114FHI33/303K is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 microcontroller. It is designed for 8/16bit microcontroller applications, offering performance, low power, simple instruction set, and memory addressing together with reduced code size compared to existing 8/16bit architectures. It operates at CPU frequencies of upto 50MHz. It is used in applications such as eMetering, lighting, alarm systems, and white goods.
- 32Kb flash, 8Kb total SRAM, power profiles, 1 UART, 1 I²C/fast+, 2 SPI
- Serial wire debug, system tick timer, high-current output driver (20mA) on one pin
- UART with fractional baud rate generation, internal FIFO, and RS-485 support
- Brownout detect with up to four separate thresholds for interrupt and forced reset
- Single power supply operation range from 1.8V to 3.6V
- 8 ADC channels, 28 GPIOs, ARM cortex-M0 built-in nested vectored interrupt controller (NVIC)
- GPIO pins can be used as edge and level sensitive interrupt sources
- 12MHz internal RC oscillator trimmed to 1 % accuracy that can optionally be used as a system clock
- Programmable watchdog oscillator with a frequency range of 9.4KHz to 2.3MHz
- HVQFN33 package, temperature range from -40 to +85°C
