LM2903DR2G is a dual independent precision low offset voltage comparator capable of single or split supply operation. This device is designed to permit a common mode range-to-ground level with single supply operation. Input offset voltage specifications as low as 2.0mV make this device an excellent selection for many applications in consumer, automotive, and industrial electronics.

Very low current drain independent of supply voltage is 0.4mA
Input common mode range to ground level
Differential input voltage range equal to power supply voltage
Output voltage compatible with DTL, ECL, TTL, MOS, and CMOS logic levels
ESD Clamps on the Inputs Increase the Ruggedness of the Device without Affecting Performance
Wide single-supply range from 2.0VDC to 36VDC, split-supply range from ±1.0VDC to ±18VDC
Input offset voltage is ±2.0mV typ (TA = 25°C, VCC = 5.0VDC, Tlow ≤ TA ≤ Thigh)
Voltage gain is 200V/mV typ (RL ≥ 15k, VCC = 15VDC, TA = 25°C)
Large signal response time is 300ns typ (Vin = TTL Logic Swing, RL = 5.1k, TA = 25°C)
SOIC-8 package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
